1. WHAT WE ARE — AND WHAT WE AREN'T

A Community Residential Home, Not a Clinical Provider
 

S.A SAFE AID LLC is a non-medical community residential home. We do not provide clinical treatment, skilled nursing care, or any service requiring a medical license.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions.

  • We do not administer medication of any kind.

  • Residents must be able to live independently in a shared, non-clinical household setting.

  • In the event of an emergency, our staff will contact 911 or local emergency services as appropriate. Staff are not trained or authorized to provide emergency medical treatment.

2. APPLICATION & ADMISSION DISCLAIMER

Applying Does Not Guarantee Placement
 

Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance into our home.

  • All applications are subject to a welcome assessment and bed availability.

  • We reserve the right to decline admission if the applicant requires a level of care we cannot provide, poses a safety risk to other residents, or does not meet our home's criteria.

  • We are not a crisis shelter or emergency housing provider. We do not accept walk-in intakes.

  • Applicants (or those applying on their behalf) are responsible for providing accurate information and emergency contact details.

3. PROGRAM DISCLAIMER

Home Structure & Limitations
 

  • S.A SAFE AID LLC provides short-term transitional community housing only. We are not a permanent housing solution.

  • Length of stay is typically 3–14 days depending on individual need and bed availability.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to successful transition to long-term housing or personal circumstances.

  • Residents are required to follow house rules, curfews, and program expectations. Failure to comply may result in discharge from the home.

  • We are not responsible for the actions, choices, or post-program outcomes of residents once they leave our home.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

How We Handle Information
 

What We Collect: We collect only the information necessary to process applications and coordinate care — names, contact details, and relevant application notes.
 

How We Use It:

  • To assess eligibility and coordinate a resident's welcome into the home.

  • To communicate with family or support contacts regarding resident status, with consent.

  • To comply with legal obligations if required.
     

How We Protect It:
Information is shared only with authorized staff on a need-to-know basis. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
 

Your Rights:
Residents and those applying on their behalf may request to know what information we hold, and may request deletion of non-essential records after program completion, subject to legal retention requirements.
