We Do Not Provide Medical Care
S.A SAFE AID LLC is a non-medical recuperative care housing program. We do not provide clinical treatment, skilled nursing, wound care, medication administration, physical therapy, or any other service that requires a medical license.We do not diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions.We do not administer medications. We provide reminders only.We do not provide nursing care, rehabilitation, or clinical interventions.Residents must be medically stable and cleared by a licensed physician for non-medical housing prior to admission.In case of medical emergency, our staff will contact 911 or transport the resident to the nearest emergency department. S.A SAFE AID LLC staff are not trained or authorized to provide emergency medical treatment.
2. REFERRAL & INTAKE DISCLAIMER
Referral Does Not Guarantee Placement
Submission of a referral inquiry does not constitute acceptance into the S.A SAFE AID LLC program.

All referrals are subject to intake assessment, bed availability, and confirmation of medical stability.

We reserve the right to deny admission if the applicant requires medical or skilled nursing care, poses a safety risk to other residents, or does not meet program criteria.

We are not a crisis shelter or emergency housing provider. We do not accept walk-in intakes.

Referring partners are responsible for providing accurate discharge information, current medications list, and emergency contact details.
3. PROGRAM DISCLAIMER
Program Structure & Limitations

S.A SAFE AID LLC provides short-term transitional housing only. We are not a permanent housing solution.

Length of stay is typically 3–14 days depending on individual need, partner coordination, and bed availability.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to: prevention of readmission, successful transition to long-term housing, or resolution of underlying medical conditions.

Residents are required to follow house rules, curfews, and program expectations. Failure to comply may result in discharge from the program.

We are not responsible for the actions, choices, or post-program outcomes of residents once they leave our facility.
4. PRIVACY POLICY

What We Collect: We collect only the information necessary to process referrals and coordinate care: names, contact details, referral partner affiliation, patient information, and referral notes.
How We Use It:
